Right on the boundary of Kahurangi National Park this 10 acre bush block is perfect for bee grazing or simply getting away from it all. Access is off SH60 via Parapara Valley Road and then a farm track has been formed onto the property, fording the creek, and forming a loop track that offers a couple of spots to build on which would capture great sea views.

The land starts at about 20m above sea level and rises to approx 80m in the top east corner. The bush is a mixture of Manuka, Kanuka, Acacia and tree ferns. A walking track through the bush leads to the Whare, a perfectly private camp spot, complete with lemon tree. From here the walking track continues providing access to the gravity fed water system.
There is temporary accommodation on site (with power) as an added extra as a base while you build your own Parapara bush retreat.
