Our Story & Expertise

Billy Kerrisk founded Ray White Golden Bay in 2010 with an innovative approach and a clear mission: to bring honesty and transparency to every real estate transaction. Billy's deep local insight and continual thirst for market knowledge have empowered hundreds of clients to achieve the best possible results.

Deeply Invested in Golden Bay

We are proud to live here and are committed to giving back to the local community we serve. We are active supporters of:

Local fundraising for the NZ Breast Cancer Foundation (Pink Ribbon Breakfast and Street Appeal).
Little Ray of Giving (collecting Christmas gifts for the Mohua Community Work Centre).
The Mohua Affordable Housing Trust.
Sponsorship of several AED sites around Golden Bay.
Sponsorship of various awards at local schools.
Sponsorship of local sports teams, clubs, and events (including Pig Hunts, Bike Races, Triathlons, and Fishing Competitions).
