Billy Kerrisk founded Ray White Golden Bay in 2010 with an innovative approach and a clear mission: to bring honesty and transparency to every real estate transaction. Billy's deep local insight and continual thirst for market knowledge have empowered hundreds of clients to achieve the best possible results.

In 2017, we expanded to include Ray White Property Management, built on the same core values of exceptional service. Whether you need practical support or expert advice on the Residential Tenancies Act and Healthy Homes Standards, the Ray White team is here to help.
